Key Requirements

Education:

Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering (specializing in Structural Engineering or Design-Civil) from a recognized university/institute. Minimum 60% aggregate marks.

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in PMC / EPC / Real Estate / Infrastructure fields. Must be currently working in a regular position for at least 2 years in a role one level below the advertised position (E-5 IDA pay scale or equivalent). Experience in design, calculations, technical advice, project management, and contract administration of high-rise buildings. Knowledge of earthquake provisions.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in structural design software such as STAAD PRO, ETABS, SAFE. Proficiency in drawing software such as AUTOCAD, REVIT, or BIM. Computer skills are preferred.

General Manager (Electrical & Mechanical Design)

Salary:

IDA Pay Scale: Rs. 90,000 - 2,40,000/-, E-6

Qualifications:

Degree: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Marks: Minimum of 60% aggregate Experience: 15 years total with at least 2 years in a similar management role (E-5 pay scale or equivalent)

Required Skills:

Detailed design and engineering of electrical systems and infrastructure for various building types (residential, hospitals, commercial) Creating tender documents, technical specifications, and BOQs Substation design and calculations Expertise in various MEP systems (Firefighting, HVAC, BMS, etc.) Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, BIM) and relevant design codes Contract management experience

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the design of electrical and mechanical systems Preparing quality assurance plans and overseeing factory inspections Managing construction schedules, costs, and certifications Handling post-construction activities, including operation and maintenance

Experience:

Presently working on a regular basis for a minimum period of 02 years in one step below post (E-5) with a pay scale of Rs. 80,000-2,20,000/-(IDA) or Level 13 - Rs. 1,23,100-2,15,900/-(CDA) if employed in Government/PSU. Alternatively, if working in the private sector, the candidate should have a minimum annual CTC of Rs. 29 Lacs for the last 2 years. Experience in planning & designing and detailing of schemes related to township/housing/commercial complexes/institutional/industrial projects, including interior designing.

Experience:

Presently working on a regular basis for a minimum period of 02 years in one step below post (E-4) with a pay scale of Rs. 70,000-2,00,000/- (IDA) or Level 12 Rs. 78,800 – 2,09,200/- (CDA) if employed in Government/PSU. Alternatively, if working in the private sector, the candidate should have a minimum annual CTC of Rs. 25 Lacs for the last 2 years. Experience in planning & designing and detailing of schemes related to township/housing/commercial complexes/institutional/industrial projects, including interior designing.

Desirable Experience:

Knowledge of AUTOCAD and 3D software for generating walkthrough/walk-around animation presentations. Proficiency in the use of computers. Note: Candidates with proficiency in computer usage will be preferred.

CA/ICWA or Full-time MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience:

Total 12 years of experience in the related field of Investor relations, preferably in CPSEs and government organizations. Presently working on a regular basis for a minimum period of 02 years in one step below post (E-4) with a pay scale of Rs. 70,000-2,00,000/- (IDA) or Level 12 Rs. 78,800–2,09,200/- (CDA) if employed in Government/PSU. Alternatively, if working in the private sector, the candidate should have a minimum annual CTC of Rs. 25 Lacs for the last 2 years. Experience in organizing conference calls, earning calls, organizing Global and Domestic Road shows for Senior Management. Updated knowledge of all day-to-day used operating systems and software. Good relationship with infrastructure analysts both sell and buy-side, with a good set of potential investors. Skills in event management, presentations, and excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relationship-building skills in the Investment Community.
Note: Candidates with the mentioned qualifications and experience in investor relations will be preferred.

Experience:

Total 09 years of experience in the field of PMC/EPC/Real Estate/Infrastructure. Presently working on a regular basis for a minimum period of 02 years in one step below post (E-3) with a pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000/- (IDA) or Level 11 Rs 67,700-2,08,700/- (CDA) if employed in Government/PSU. Alternatively, if working in the private sector, the candidate should have a minimum annual CTC of Rs. 21 Lacs for the last 2 years.

Experience in:

Preparing reports, designs, and drawings. Making calculations about loads and stresses. Selecting appropriate construction materials. Providing technical advice. Obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval. Latest earthquake provisions, especially in high-rise buildings. Liaising with relevant professional staff such as architects. Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors. Administering contracts. Managing projects. Inspecting properties to check conditions/foundations.

Skills:

Overseeing the design of the structure. Knowledge of STAAD PRO, ETABS, SAFE software, etc. Knowledge of AUTOCAD/REVIT/BIM for drawing preparations. Proficiency in the use of computers. Note: Candidates with proficiency in computer usage and relevant experience in structural design will be preferred.
