  • Eligibility Criteria:

    1. Educational Qualification (as of 01.09.2024)

    Generalists:

    • Candidates must possess a graduate/post-graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
    • General category: Minimum 60% marks.
    • SC/ST/PwBD category: Minimum 55% marks.

    Specialists (Accounts):

    • Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
      • Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or Cost and Management Accountant (ICWAI).
      • MBA Finance/PGDM Finance/M.Com with a minimum of 60% marks for General category and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD.
      Note: Educational qualifications should be from recognized institutions, and the result should have been declared on or before 01.09.2024.

    Age Criteria (as of 01.09.2024)

    • Minimum Age: 21 years.
    • Maximum Age: 30 years (i.e., candidates must have been born between 2nd September 1994 and 1st September 2003).

    Age Relaxation:

    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
    • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years
    • Other categories such as Ex-Servicemen and Confirmed Employees of Public Sector Insurance Companies: as per government norms.

    Selection Process

    The recruitment process consists of three stages:

    Phase-I: Preliminary Examination

    • Date (tentative): 13th October 2024
    • Type: Objective
    • Duration: 1 hour
    • Sections & Marks:
      • English Language: 30 marks
      • Reasoning Ability: 35 marks
      • Quantitative Aptitude: 35 marks

    Candidates must qualify in each test by securing passing marks to be decided by the company.

    Phase-II: Main Examination

    • Date (tentative): 17th November 2024
    • Type: Objective + Descriptive
    • Duration: 2.5 hours (Objective) + 30 minutes (Descriptive)
    • For Generalists: The objective test consists of sections on Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness, and Quantitative Aptitude.
    • For Specialists: The objective test also includes a section on Professional Knowledge.
    • Descriptive Test: This consists of letter writing and essay writing in English (30 marks).

    Candidates must qualify both the objective and descriptive tests to proceed to the interview stage.

    Phase-III: Interview

    Candidates shortlisted from the main examination will be called for an interview. The weightage of online examination and interview will be 75:25, and the final selection will be based on combined marks from both stages.

    Service Conditions & Probation

  • Service Conditions: Selected candidates may be posted or transferred to any location in India based on company requirements. The minimum stay at the initial place of posting will be 5 years.
  • Probation: Candidates will be on probation for 1 year, extendable up to 2 years based on performance.
  • Bond: Before joining, candidates will be required to sign a bond to serve the company for at least 4 years. In case of resignation before this period, they will have to pay liquidated damages equivalent to one year’s salary.
