Pawan Hans Limited, a premier Central Public Sector Enterprise and India’s largest Helicopter Company under the administrative control of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, is seeking result-oriented and dynamic professionals for the following positions on a contract basis:
Positions Available:
Associate Helicopter Pilot
Requirements:
Helicopter Pilots holding CHPL/ATPL(H) with endorsements on Dauphin-N, Dauphin-N3, Mi-172, AS-350B3, and Bell-407 helicopters.
Preference for Examiners & Instructors.
Indian/Expat pilots with valid licenses and endorsements on AS-350B3, Bell-407, Mi-172, Sikorsky S-76D & S-76C++ helicopters.
Contract duration: 5 years, extendable based on organizational needs and individual performance.
Emoluments range: ₹1.50 lakh to ₹4.50 lakh based on endorsements and flying experience.
Additional Benefits:
ATPL Holders: ₹2,000 per month.
ATPL Holders flying helicopters requiring ATPL: ₹7,500 per month.
Type Rated Examiners (TREs): ₹15,000 per month.
Type Rated Instructors (TRIs): ₹10,000 per month.
Check Pilots: ₹7,500 per month.
Managerial Allowance: ₹20,000 per month (if applicable).
SPO Allowance: ₹30,000 per month for Single Pilot Operations
Conditions: No accident/incident record attributed to the pilot. Appointment subject to government/authority approval for Expat pilots. Appointment up to 5 years or until attaining 65 years of age.
General Conditions:
Only Indian Nationals eligible. Applications from SPO Qualified Foreign Nationals (Expat Pilots) may also apply.
Reservation & Age Relaxation as per Government of India directives.
