30 YEARS

Qualification Requirements:

1. Hold a current and valid Commercial Helicopter Pilot License (CHPL). 2. Must be an Indian National, although exceptions apply for qualified foreign nationals (expat pilots) meeting specified criteria. 3. Possess adequate flying experience and endorsements on specified helicopter types

Training and Cost of Training:

Undergo Multi Crew Cooperation (MCF) training, ground training, DGCA exam or equivalent examination, and conversion training on PHL helicopters. Bear the entire cost of training, including conversion training. Training will be conducted at sponsored/authorized institutes or the manufacturer's place

Emoluments:

During MCF Training, receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000/-. Upon successful endorsement on type and completion of conversion flying, be appointed as Jr. Helicopter Pilot on a contractual basis with a fixed monthly emolument of Rs. 1,50,000/-. No other allowances provided except TA/DA as applicable to E-0 category executives of the Company.

Bank Guarantee:

Submit a Bank Guarantee of Rs. 25,50,000/- to cover training costs and commit to serve the Company for ten years. Failure to pass the DGCA exam within six months leads to immediate termination.

Financial Assistance:

Request a loan up to 50% of the training & conversion cost, limited to Rs. 10.00 lakhs, repayable in 120 EMIs with a simple interest rate of 10% p.a.

Qualification Requirements:

Hold a current and valid Commercial Helicopter Pilot License (CHPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with endorsements on specified helicopter types, including Dauphin-N, Dauphin-N3, Mi-172, AS-350B3, and Bell-407 helicopters. Preference will be given to pilots with examiner or instructor qualifications. Indian or expat pilots with Single Pilot Operations (SPO) qualifications on PHL type helicopters may also apply.

Additional Benefits:

Pilots without endorsements on PHL type helicopters will receive a stipend during Multi Crew Cooperation (MCF) training and equivalent emoluments upon successful examination completion. Additional allowances are provided based on qualifications and roles, including Type Rated Examiners (TREs), Type Rated Instructors (TRIs), Check Pilots, and managerial allowances. SPO qualified pilots are eligible for Single Pilot Operations Allowance.

Important Notes:

Selection criteria include flying hours on helicopters, with preference given to pilots with a clean accident/incident record and favorable performance history. The contract duration is five years or until reaching 65 years of age, whichever comes earlier. Associate Helicopter Pilots are not entitled to other allowances, perquisites, or benefits applicable to regular/contractual employees.
